Mr. Klein's 30 years in law is grounded by his commitment to excellence and fairness , with degrees from Ohio University; University of Toledo, J.D, and New York University School of Law, LL.M. He possesses bar admissions in Florida, New York and Ohio, and Federal Court.
Mr. Klein began his well-rounded law career as a corporate high-tech attorney starting in 1979, then began serving clients as attorney and principal in 1982 with Klein & Klein, P.A., Klein & Noto, P.A. in 1982, and then forming Stuart B. Klein, P.A. starting in 2000. Mr. Klein is head of the firm, while sharing his expertise with law students for a number of year, as an Adjunct Professor of Law for Nova Southeastern University School of Law.
Mr. Klein, an award recipient from the Pro Bono Award- Legal Aid Society, has also contributed to multiple legal publications such as;
