Mr. Klein's 30 years in law is grounded by his commitment to excellence and fairness, with degrees from Ohio University; University of Toledo, J.D, and New York University School  of Law, LL.M.   He possesses bar admissions in Florida, New York and Ohio, and Federal Court.

Mr. Klein began his well-rounded law career as a corporate high-tech attorney starting in 1979, then began serving clients as attorney and principal in 1982 with Klein & Klein, P.A., Klein & Noto, P.A. in 1982, and then forming Stuart B. Klein, P.A. starting in 2000. Mr. Klein is head of the firm, while  sharing his expertise with law students  for a number of year, as an Adjunct Professor of Law for Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

Mr. Klein, an award recipient from the Pro Bono Award- Legal Aid Society, has also contributed to multiple legal publications such as;

Michael’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactions.  He has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring the sale, acquisition, and financing of complex real estate and commercial transactions.  Michael’s representations include financial institutions, commercial and residential real estate developers, and clients of high net worth.

Michael is counsel for several title insurance underwriters and is an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Inc.

Admitted to practice in the State of Florida, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Michael is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Association.

Additionally, Michael’s community activities include being a member of and serving as Southeast Membership Chairman for the National Young Leadership Cabinet of the UJC.  He was an active leader of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County having served on the Board of Trustees, as Chairman of the Attorneys Division, and as Chairman of the Business and Professions Division.  In 1996, Michael received the Young Leadership Award from the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, an award given to a young leader making the greatest contribution to the Palm Beach County Jewish community.

Michael received his J.D. in 1980 from the University of Miami, and his B.S. from Cornell University in 1977.

Ms. Foertsch has applied   her extensive education and exceptional commitment   to law to the Office of Stuart B. Klein, P.A., since 2006.   A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, LL.M., in 2005, St. Thomas University School of Law, J.D., in 2004, and B.A. in 2001 from Washington & Jefferson College, she also served as Graduate Teaching/Research Fellow at St. Thomas University School of Law, from 2004-2006.   She is admitted to the Florida Bar, and has earned Best Student Awards in Advanced Legal Research and Writing and Florida Practice       Beginning in January, 2010, Ms. Foertsch will be an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University School of Law.
